Live the Question
Ever have a “big” question that you’re unable to answer?
You keep twirling it around and circling back in search of the right answer.
It has a hold on you.
What do I want to do with my life?
Should I stay on this path or try something different?
How do I pivot or change careers?
One small hack I’ve discovered for managing these types of questions is to stop actively seeking the answer and simply live the question.
To live the question means to accept that sometimes all that is required of you is to be rather than to do.
To hold the space and observe what comes along.
I first circled around this idea in a Small Is In The Large post last year - Don't Seek The Right Answer.
I’ve learnt that some questions take time.
They unfold over time.
Sometimes in surprising ways.
Often revealing that the answer was with you all along.

Today is a full moon.
A red moon.
A lunar eclipse.
A time to let things culminate and simultaneously a time to let go of whatever needs to fall away.
Let it fall.

Here’s to living the question.
Wishing you all things good,
Tamara

🤔 I will think in terms of holding space as opposed to paralysis! Good mind switch💗
Yes and my brain goes into over drive. I must give the correct answer or say " I don' know or Yes i know the answer.
